Escrow deposits consist of source code and often a range of additional key materials that are needed to ensure the source code is effective. Verifying the deposits ensures that they are legitimate, complete and work as expected. Verification enhances the overall value of your escrow agreements. Harbinger offers you three levels of verification. Level 1: Deposit Reporting This level of verification is designed to test the files that your software developer has lodged for you are virus free, and that they are readable and complete. Level 2:Deposit Analysis This level confirms that the source code will convert into a useful application. It will also make an early determination of any reason that the materials do not contain all the items that your escrow agreement is designed to protect.
Level 3: Deposit Compilation This level simulates the occurrence of a release of the source code to you. It confirms that the material in escrow will behave in the manner that you expect.
